Senior UX Designer

UX leader of initiatives for the Fidelity Flagship native app and fidelity.com. My work spans multiple teams across the enterprize. This includes design, wireframes, user journeys, user testing, project planning and being downright obsessed with the customer.
EF Go Ahead Tours

In this role I collaborated closely with a multidisciplinary team on the conception, design, prototyping, testing, iteration, and launch of all Go Ahead Tours digital experiences. This included designing for a complex set of design challenges that is a 30+ traveler demographic as well as working to achieve business goals and improving customer experience.

As part of a small, spirited creative team I lead the overall design and presentation of all things Berklee Online. This includes initiatives such as web design, digital marketing, print design, branding, email and much more. The position was a superb marriage of my musical and design interests and talents.

A long term project focused on the complete redesign of all McGraw Hill online platforms. As part of a large team I worked in conjunction with the creative team at Sapient Nitro. The project includes eCommerce, digital branding and responsive design as well as presentations to executives.

The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel is the largest metro paper in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I worked as part of a medium sized team called JSOnline. Projects included online advertisement and promotions, web design, splash pages, emails, Flash banners and Illustration - as well as logo design, presentation and revisions of key sections on jsonline.com with use of CMS system.
